2026年度入社内定式

2025年10月1日（水）、2026年度入社予定者の内定式が開催され、今年も全国から内定者の皆様にお集まりいただきました。

内定式

菅社長から直接一人ひとりに証書が手渡され、皆さん身を引き締め、緊張した面持ちで受け取っておりました。その後自己紹介では、一人ひとりの個性や思いが表れ、社会人として新たなスタートを切る意欲が感じられました。新たな環境を前にした表情には希望と自信が輝き、会社にフレッシュな力を吹き込んでくれる期待が高まりました。

古瀬常務からは、「自らが選んだ道に自信を持ち、仲間とともに挑戦してほしい」とのお話がありました。また、社会におけるオリゾンシステムズの貢献性について伝えられ、その責任とやりがいを胸に働くことの大切さが語られました。来春に向けて大きな期待が寄せられ、内定者の皆さまも希望を胸に、社会人としての第一歩を踏み出す決意を新たにされたことと思います。

社員・内定者の交流

内定式後には内定者と社員の昼食会が開かれ、親睦を深める機会となりました。内定式が終わり、緊張も和らいだ様子で、終始和やかな雰囲気で社員との交流を楽しんでおりました。また、これから同期となる内定者同士も笑顔を交流し、社会人生活への期待に胸を膨らませていたようです。

午後の研修では、福﨑顧問による講話が行われました。福﨑顧問の講話では、社会人としての心構えや、入社までの貴重な期間の過ごし方やマインドについてアドバイスがありました。真剣な表情で耳を傾ける彼らの姿からも、成長の意欲が伝わってきました。社会に出る前のこの期間を、一層の成長につなげる機会として活用していただきたいと思います。 最後には内定者同士のグループワークを行いました。

「なぜオリゾンシステムズを選んだのか」、それぞれの就職活動を振り返りながら意見を共有し、各グループより発表していただきました。内定者の皆様の就職活動を通して得た様々な気づきや学びを聞き、入社後の彼らの活躍がより楽しみです。

内定者が初めて一堂に会すこの内定式で、直接顔を合わせて交流を深めることができ、これから共に働く仲間として、互いに切磋琢磨しながら成長していくための第一歩となった一日となりました！

Discussing the future of AI and infrastructure

Progress Software (hereinafter “Progress”), whose portfolio includes Flowmon, our main product, holds a networking event for partners every two years. Following the previous event held in Bali, Indonesia in October 2023, the “APJ Progress Partner Summit 2025” was held in Da Nang, a resort city in central Vietnam, in July 2025. ORIZON Systems was invited to this event, which brought together major partners from the Asia-Pacific region (APJ), as a partner representing Japan, and participated in three days of meetings and discussions.

The various infrastructure management and visualization solutions provided by Progress are essential tools for system integrators like us in supporting our customers’ IT operations. At this summit, in addition to the evolution of these products, information was shared about the company’s “AI First” strategy, new sales and consumption models, and the restructuring of its partner ecosystem, making it a very packed event.

AI-driven transformation and corporate strategy

The keynote speech was delivered by Nicholas Ellis, Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets & Field Operations at Progress. His session made a strong impression that the use of AI is at the heart of the company’s business transformation.

Particularly noteworthy was the advancement of the company’s natural language processing and summarization engine, based on technology from Nuclia, an AI startup acquired in 2025. This will dramatically improve the efficiency of searching, summarizing, and suggesting massive amounts of log data and system configuration information through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology.

The company also announced the appointment of a new Chief AI Officer (CAIO) with the aim of promoting AI company-wide. The presentation outlined the company’s vision of integrating AI into traditional infrastructure management to enable more autonomous operations, predictive incident detection, and enhanced security, highlighting the company’s leadership in the industry.

The next step in infrastructure visibility

The first feature that attracted attention in the technical sessions at this event was Flowmon’s new feature, “Threat Briefings.” The Flowmon ADS (Anormaly Detection System) Threat Briefing mechanism constantly collects threat information from threat sources around the world, extracting and summarizing key information on new attacks, vulnerabilities, and campaigns. This scrutinized threat data is automatically distributed to each customer’s Flowmon ADS via the Progress update service. Flowmon analyzes historical and real-time network flows using IoCs and communication patterns to quickly detect relevant threats. This allows organizations to instantly utilize global threat intelligence and achieve proactive and efficient cyber defense.

Meanwhile, the long-trusted network monitoring tool “WhatsUp Gold” has undergone significant evolution. The “NTA+”, integrates Flowmon’s NPM (Network Performance Monitoring) and NTA (Network Traffic Analysis) engines with the traditional SNMP-based monitoring configuration, enabling seamless, integrated monitoring from the network layer (L2) to the application layer (L7). This integration consolidates monitoring tasks that were previously distributed across multiple tools, significantly reducing operational burden. Furthermore, its multi-tenant support and flexible dashboard configuration capabilities make it a highly effective tool for companies with nationwide bases, as well as local governments and educational institutions that operate multiple networks in parallel.

It’s worth noting that these solutions will be designed to work closely with Progress’ AI platform. This dramatically improves IT department response speed and directly contributes to improved business continuity. Infrastructure visualization tools are evolving from mere visualization to meaningful insights. By incorporating the power of AI, Flowmon and WhatsUp Gold are expected to see even greater adoption as platforms that contribute to the realization of more strategic infrastructure operations.

The power of our solutions as seen in practical examples

This session introduced domestic and international case studies of Progress Software’s infrastructure management solutions, including Flowmon, WhatsUp Gold (WUG), and LoadMaster.

A major Hong Kong IT services company implemented Flowmon to enhance network visibility and threat detection in a complex hybrid cloud environment. Anomaly detection and behavioral analysis have enabled the company to improve its competitiveness as an MSP while also enabling audit compliance. ORIZON Systems also presented a customer case study in which Flowmon’s URL-level visibility was highly valued for analyzing the causes of traffic that could not be identified with existing SNMP monitoring.

In a WhatsUp Gold case study, a Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer achieved both security and availability by utilizing ISO 27001-compliant configuration management and monitoring features. Furthermore, a Malaysian company applied WUG for integrated IT/OT monitoring, including OT, significantly reducing incident response times.

In a LoadMaster case study, a major Australian bank successfully replaced their object storage load balancer to improve response time. With using two independent sites of high availability configuration, service response times were reduced from 60 seconds to 2.4 seconds, significantly improving customer satisfaction and SLA achievement rates.

These examples clearly demonstrate that Progress products are adaptable to a variety of industries and scales, and demonstrate the scalability and agility to address real-world operational challenges.

Our future mission as a partner

With the rapid advancement of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, the value customers seek is also changing dramatically. In response, the role of partners who accompany customers through problem identification, definition, and implementation, rather than simply providing products and solutions, will become increasingly important. 当社の主要販売製品となるFlowmonをポートフォリオに持つProgress Software社（以降Progress社）は、隔年でパートナー社向けに交流イベントを開催しています。前回2023年10月のインドネシア・バリ島での開催に続き、2025年7月、ベトナム中部のリゾート都市・ダナンにて「APJ Progress Partner Summit 2025」が開催されました。アジア太平洋地域（APJ）の主要パートナーが一堂に会したこのイベントに、オリゾンシステムズは日本を代表するパートナーとして招待を受け、3日間にわたる会議とディスカッションに参加してまいりました。

Progress社が提供する各種インフラ管理・可視化ソリューションは、私たちのようなシステムインテグレーターにとって、お客様のIT運用を支えるうえで不可欠なツール群です。今回のサミットでは、これらの製品の進化に加え、同社が掲げる「AI First」戦略や、新たな販売・消費モデル、さらにはパートナーエコシステムの再構築に関する情報が共有され、非常に密度の濃いイベントとなりました。

AIによるトランスフォーメーションと企業戦略

基調講演では、Progress社のシニアバイスプレジデント Nicholas Ellis 氏が登壇。彼のセッションは、同社のビジネス変革の中心に「AI活用」が据えられていることを強く印象づけるものでした。

特に注目されたのは、本年買収を行ったAIスタートアップ「Nuclia」の技術をベースにした自然言語処理と要約エンジンの高度化です。これにより、膨大なログデータやシステム構成情報の検索・要約・提案が、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）技術を通じて飛躍的に効率化されるといいます。

また、全社的なAI推進を目的として、CAIO（Chief AI Officer）を新たに設置したことも発表されました。従来のインフラ管理にAIを融合させ、より自律的な運用、インシデントの予兆検知、セキュリティ強化を可能にする方向性が示され、業界全体の流れを牽引する同社の志向を理解することができました。

インフラ可視化の次なる段階へ

本イベントの技術セッションで、まず注目を集めたのは、Flowmonの新機能「脅威ブリーフィング」です。 Flowmon ADS（Anomaly Detection System）の脅威ブリーフィングの仕組みでは、世界中の脅威情報ソースを常時収集し、新たな攻撃や脆弱性、キャンペーンに関する重要情報を抽出・要約しています。これらの精査された脅威データは、Progressの更新サービスを介して各顧客環境のFlowmon ADSへ自動配信されます。Flowmonは、IoCや通信パターンを用いて過去およびリアルタイムのネットワークフローを解析し、該当する脅威を迅速に検知します。これにより、組織はグローバルな脅威インテリジェンスを即時活用し、能動的かつ効率的なサイバー防御を実現できます。

一方、長年にわたって信頼されてきたネットワーク監視ツール「WhatsUp Gold」も大きな進化を遂げました。従来のSNMPベースの監視構成に加え、FlowmonのNPM（Network Performance Monitoring）およびNTA（Network Traffic Analysis）エンジンを統合した「NTA+」が発表され、ネットワーク層（L2）からアプリケーション層（L7）までをシームレスに可視化できる統合監視が実現しました。この統合により、従来は複数のツールで分散して行っていた監視業務が一本化され、運用負荷の大幅な軽減が見込まれます。さらに、マルチテナント対応や柔軟なダッシュボード設定機能を備えたことで、全国規模の拠点をもつ企業や、複数のネットワークを並行運用する自治体・教育機関などにとっても、高い導入効果が期待されます。

特筆すべきは、これらのソリューションがProgress社のAIプラットフォームと連携して行く点です。これにより、IT部門の対応スピードが格段に向上し、業務継続性の向上にも直結します。インフラ可視化ツールは、単なる“見える化”から“意味のある洞察”へと進化を遂げつつあります。FlowmonとWhatsUp Goldは、AIの力を取り込むことで、より戦略的なインフラ運用の実現に貢献するプラットフォームとして、今後さらに多くの導入が進むことが予想されます。

実践事例に見るソリューションの実力

本セッションでは、Flowmon、WhatsUp Gold（WUG）、LoadMasterなどProgress Software社のインフラ管理ソリューションの国内外の実践事例が紹介されました。

Flowmonに関しては、香港の大手ITサービス企業が、複雑なハイブリッドクラウド環境におけるネットワークの可視化と脅威検知の強化を目的に導入。異常検知や挙動分析によって、MSPとしての競争力向上と監査対応を両立しています。また、オリゾンシステムズからは、既存のSNMP監視では把握できなかったトラフィックの原因分析において、FlowmonによるURLレベルの可視化が評価されたお客様事例が紹介されました。

WhatsUp Goldの事例では、台湾の半導体メーカーが、ISO 27001対応の構成管理と監視機能を活用し、セキュリティと可用性の両立を実現。さらにマレーシアの企業では、OTを含む統合的なIT/OT監視にWUGを適用し、インシデント対応時間の大幅短縮を達成しました。

またLoadMasterの事例として、オーストラリアの銀行は、オブジェクトストレージロードバランサーの移行により応答時間を改善しました。この事例では、２拠点での高可用性構成をとり、サービス応答時間を60秒から2.4秒へと短縮し、顧客満足度とSLA達成率を大幅に改善しました。

これらの事例は、Progress製品が多様な業種・規模に適応し、現実的な運用課題に対して即応力と拡張性を発揮することを強く示しています。

The Czech-Japan Business Resilience Forum 2025 took place with great success on July 25, 2025, at the 9th-floor auditorium of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) headquarters in Tokyo. The event was jointly organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Japan, the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, and the Japan Institute for Overseas Investment. Its aim was to further strengthen business cooperation between Japan and the Czech Republic in key sectors such as security, defense, and advanced software technologies.

The forum welcomed distinguished figures from political and business communities in both countries and featured keynote speeches, company presentations, and networking opportunities. Participants spanned a wide range of fields—defense, aerospace, crisis management, AR/VR, PropTech, and supply chain management—and engaged in dynamic B2B discussions.

Toward Sustainable Partnerships Through Co-Creation

The forum opened with remarks from Czech President Petr Pavel, who reflected on the longstanding friendship between Japan and the Czech Republic. He spoke of the deep ties between the two nations across diverse areas including culture, sports, and economics. He cited examples such as the musical legacy of Dvořák and Ryuichi Sakamoto, as well as judoka Lukáš Krpálek and Japanese athlete Haruka Kitaguchi—who have both referred to the Czech Republic as their “second home.”

President Pavel stressed that in today’s global environment, “prosperity and security can no longer be separated,” and that cooperation across politics, business, science, and other domains is not merely optional but essential. He emphasized the importance of strengthening economic ties to safeguard shared democratic values and enhance the resilience of both nations.

Following the President’s remarks, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense Kazuhiro Kobayashi took the stage, highlighting the Czech Republic as a strategic defense partner. He also noted Czech participation in one of Japan’s major cybersecurity events, stating that “this forum is a key opportunity that embodies the close relationship between our two countries.” He expressed hope for expanded industrial cooperation.

Ken Kobayashi, Chairman of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, also addressed the audience. He noted that this was the first economic forum to include the term “resilience” in its title, describing it as a timely and symbolic keyword in the current global climate. He shared his intention to visit Prague in October to engage in dialogue with Czech industries and to pay a courtesy call on the Czech President. With Japanese firms like Toyota and Panasonic already active in the Czech market, he expressed a desire to further strengthen supply chain foundations.

Defense and Security Cooperation

The first half of the morning session focused on potential collaboration in defense and security. After introductory remarks from Czech companies, the International Security Industry Council Japan (ISIC Japan) presented insights into the current state of Japan’s defense industrial base. This was followed by a presentation from Lieutenant Colonel Martin Koupal, Military and Air Attaché at the Czech Embassy in Japan. He outlined the strengths of the Czech defense industry and highlighted areas of potential cooperation with Japan. A lively Q&A session followed, reflecting strong interest from the audience.

The latter half of the session shifted focus to software and IT cooperation. After an overview of the Japanese IT market by the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCCIJ), our company delivered a presentation titled “Securing the Future Together: How Czech Tech Became Our Key to Success in Japan.”

In our presentation, we shared examples of our technical partnerships with leading Czech IT firms, including Flowmon Networks (network visibility), AXENTA (security monitoring and analytics), TNS (vulnerability assessment and penetration testing), and Phonexia (voice recognition technology). Based on our implementation and operational experience in Japan, we discussed how introducing Czech technology has brought tangible value to Japanese companies and society.

We emphasized that ORIZON Systems is committed to co-creation with Czech partners—going beyond mere agency relationships—to maximize mutual value. We also stressed that to achieve successful outcomes while bridging cultural and business differences, mutual understanding and trust are just as vital as technological compatibility.

A Valuable Platform for Networking and Business Development

To close the forum, time was set aside for networking and B2B meetings among participating companies and organizations. The venue buzzed with activity, as participants—particularly those in defense and crisis management—actively introduced technologies and discussed future collaboration possibilities with software firms.

Czech startups and Japanese mid-sized companies explored potential partnerships, while government officials exchanged regulatory insights. Conversations went beyond mere business card exchanges, with engineers deeply engaged in enthusiastic discussions on concrete project ideas—overcoming language and cultural barriers in the process.

Several companies were even seen coordinating schedules for future visits and online meetings, showing that the forum had truly functioned as a launchpad for new business creation.

This forum also stood as a symbol of the two countries’ complementary efforts to address shared challenges—including geopolitical risks, cybersecurity, and supply chain resilience. 2025年7月25日、東京・日本国際協力銀行（JBIC）本社の9階講堂にて、「Czech-Japan Business Resilience Forum 2025」が盛大に開催されました。本イベントは、駐日チェコ共和国大使館、チェコ産業連盟、一般財団法人海外投融資情報財団の共催によるもので、セキュリティ、防衛、先端ソフトウェア技術といった分野で日チェコ両国のビジネス連携を一層強化することを目的としています。

本フォーラムでは、両国の政財界から著名な登壇者が集い、基調講演、企業プレゼンテーション、そしてネットワーキングセッションが行われました。会場には防衛、航空宇宙、危機管理、AR/VR、PropTech、サプライチェーンマネジメントなど多岐にわたる分野の企業や団体が参加し、B2B形式での商談も活発に交わされました。

共創による持続的なパートナーシップに向けて──開会挨拶から見えたフォーラムの意義

フォーラムの冒頭では、チェコ共和国のペトル・パヴェル大統領が来賓挨拶を行い、日チェコの長年にわたる友好関係に触れながら、文化・スポーツ・経済といった多方面でのつながりを紹介しました。音楽ではドヴォルザークや坂本龍一、スポーツでは柔道家ルカーシュ・クルパレク選手や、日本の北口榛花選手がチェコを「第二の故郷」と語ったことなど、両国の結びつきの強さを具体例で述べました。

大統領は、今日の国際環境において「繁栄と安全保障はもはや不可分」であり、政治・ビジネス・科学など多層的な協力が“選択肢”ではなく“必要性”であると強調。民主主義という共通の価値観を守るためにも、経済関係の深化が重要であり、それが両国のレジリエンス強化にもつながると述べました。

その後、登壇した防衛省の小林一大政務官は、チェコを防衛戦略上の同盟国と位置づけ、日本最大級のサイバーセキュリティイベントにチェコ企業が参加した実績を紹介。「本フォーラムは両国の絆を象徴する重要な場」とし、産業協力全体のさらなる展開を願う旨を述べました。

また、日本商工会議所の小林健会頭は、「レジリエンス」の名を冠する経済フォーラムが初めてであると述べ、現代の不安定な国際情勢における象徴的なキーワードだと説明。10月にはチェコ（プラハ）を訪問予定であり、現地産業との対話やチェコ大統領への表敬訪問も視野に入れていることを共有しました。トヨタやパナソニックといった日本企業によるチェコ進出が進む中、サプライチェーン拠点の更なる拡充にも意欲を示しました。

防衛・セキュリティ分野の協力

午前の前半では、防衛とセキュリティ分野における協業の可能性に焦点を当てたセッションが行われました。まずチェコ企業の紹介の後、日本の防衛産業基盤に関する展望が国際安全保障産業会議（ISIC Japan）から発表されました。続いて、チェコ共和国大使館　チェコ軍事・航空アタッシェ（武官） マルチン・コウパル中佐が、チェコの防衛産業の強みと日本との協力の余地についてプレゼンテーションを行い、活発な質疑応答が続きました。

後半のセッションでは、ソフトウェアとIT分野における連携がテーマとなりました。日本のIT市場に関する展望（在日チェコ商工会議所 -CCCIJ- による発表）に続き、当社からは「Securing the Future Together: How Czech Tech Became Our Key to Success in Japan（共に未来を切り拓く：チェコの技術が日本における成功の鍵となった理由）」と題するプレゼンテーションを行いました。

発表では、当社がこれまでにチェコの先進IT企業──たとえばFlowmon Networks（ネットワーク可視化）、AXENTA（セキュリティ監視・分析）、TNS（ペネトレーションテスト）、Phonexia（音声認識テクノロジー）など──と築いてきた技術連携の実例を紹介いたしました。日本国内における実装と運用支援の経験を通じて得た知見をもとに、チェコ技術の導入が日本の企業や社会にいかに実効的な価値をもたらしているかについて、お話をさせていただきました。

当該プレゼンテーションでは「オリゾンシステムズがチェコ企業との協業に力を入れているのは、単なる代理店契約の枠を超えた”共創”による価値の最大化にある」とし、文化や商習慣の違いを乗り越えて成果をあげるには、技術的適合性のみならず、相互の理解と信頼が不可欠であることをお伝えさせていただきました。

ネットワーキングと商談の場としての価値

フォーラム終盤には、参加企業・団体によるネットワーキングおよびB2Bミーティングの時間が設けられました。会場では活発な議論と名刺交換が交わされ、特に防衛や危機管理分野の実務担当者による具体的な技術紹介や、ソフトウェア企業同士の今後の技術連携に向けた打ち合わせが目立ちました。

会場では、チェコのスタートアップ企業と日本の中堅企業が将来的な協業の糸口を見つけたり、政府関係者を交えて規制や制度面での情報共有を行ったりと、単なる名刺交換にとどまらない深い対話が随所で行われていました。特に印象的だったのは、言語や文化の壁を越えて、技術者同士が具体的なプロジェクトベースでの可能性について、熱心に意見を交わしていた点です。

また、いくつかの企業間ではすでに次回の訪問やオンライン会議の日程調整に入っている様子も見られ、今回のフォーラムがビジネス創出の“起点”として機能していることが実感されました。

2025年度全社集会と岡野雅行様講演

2025年6月18日に2025年度全社集会と社員懇親会を執り行いました。第1部は全体会議、そして浦和レッズブランドアンバサダーの岡野雅行様をゲストにお迎えし、全力疾走のサッカー人生について講演いただきました。第2部では社員懇親会が行われ、社員同士の交流を深める場となり、大変有意義な一日となりました。

第1部　全体会議

第1部の全体会議では、まず初めに菅社長より、2024年度の全社的な振り返りが行われました。そこでは、これまでの1年間に取り組んできた各種の施策やプロジェクトの成果、改善点などについて、具体的な事例を交えながら説明がありました。続いて、2025年度に向けての新たな経営目標や重点的に取り組むべき注力事業の方向性が示され、社員一同が目指すべきビジョンと、今後の方針を共有する貴重な機会となりました。

その後、古瀬常務からは、今期より始動する新たな中期経営計画に基づいた事業方針と、それに伴う組織体制の見直しや再編について報告が行われました。新中期計画では、持続的成長と競争力強化を図るための戦略が複数打ち出されており、それに伴い各部門の連携強化や人材育成、サービスの高度化などにも重点が置かれることが説明されました。

引き続き、営業本部、ITアウトソーシング事業部、ソリューション事業本部といった主要な各部門から、それぞれの2025年度に向けた具体的な目標設定、業務体制、重点施策などについて詳細なプレゼンテーションが行われました。各部門ともに、今後の業績向上や顧客満足度の向上を図るべく、明確な戦略と行動計画を持って取り組む姿勢が伝わる内容でした。

会議全体を通じて、全社共通の取り組みとして改めて強調されたのが、当社の中核をなすビジネスモデルである「ストックビジネス」の重要性です。定常的かつ継続的な収益基盤の強化が、企業としての安定と成長に不可欠であることを、社員一人ひとりが再認識する機会となりました。

また、このたび新たに「関西事業所」が開設され、当会議ではその開所を全社員に正式に報告する場ともなりました。新任の山本所長より、関西地域での事業拡大に対する期待と意気込みが語られました。関西エリアにおけるビジネス展開の第一歩として、全社を挙げての支援と連携が求められることが確認され、会場には新たな挑戦への前向きな空気が広がりました。

浦和レッズブランドアンバサダー　岡野雅行様　講演

1部の会議終了後は、浦和レッズブランドアンバサダーの岡野雅行様に講演いただきました。当社は今シーズンから浦和レッズオフィシャルパートナーとなっており、そのご縁で今回の講演が実現いたしました。

岡野様といえば、野人、そしてジョホールバルの歓喜。日本を初めてのワールドカップフランス大会（98）に導いたゴールは有名なお話ですが、当日は、岡野様のサッカー人生、そしてチームとしての個々人の在り方をお話いただきました。

びっくりするほどの偶然が重なったサッカー人生、困難も明るく前向きに乗り越えていく強さも持ち合わせた、まさに野人のサッカー人生のお話に会場はずっと笑いに包まれ、社員一同、すっかり岡野様に魅了されてしまいました。

誰もが壁にぶつかるが、そこで立ち止まるか、走り抜けるかが未来を変える。 力強く数々の壁にぶち当たりながらも常に明るさを忘れず、常に目の前のチャンスに全力に向かってきた岡野様だからこその言葉、まさに変化の過程にある当社、そして社員に響くものでした。

社員懇親とこれから

第2部の社員懇親会では引き続き岡野様に登壇いただき、乾杯のご挨拶を頂きました。社員ともくつろいだ雰囲気で懇談いただいた後、惜しまれながら岡野様のお時間は終了となりました。その後、2年目社員による出し物や福引大会が行われ、会場は大いに盛り上がりました。

こうして、2025年度の全社集会も盛況のうち、お開きとなりました。
1年に1度の全社集会は、社員が直接顔を合わせ全社員で会社の方向性を共有し、そして交流を深める大変貴重な場だと考えております。2024年度は売上52億円を達成し、成績を更新することができました。これもひとえにお客様のご愛顧、そして社員一人一人の努力の賜物です。

さらなる飛躍の一歩として2025年度がスタートいたしました。2030年、そしてその先の未来のためにも、まずはこの2025年度の施策・計画を着実に堅実に実行し、計画達成を目指してまいります。そのためにも、社員一同が力を合わせ、個々人が明るく走り続けることが必要不可欠です。

これからも次なるゴールを目指し走り続けてまいります。

At the Czech Pavilion, Expo 2025 Osaka

On April 22 and 23, a conference on cybersecurity and data protection was held at the Czech Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. The event brought together prominent organizations and experts, including the National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB) of the Czech Republic and leading professors from Brno, the Czech Republic’s second-largest city and a hub of advanced research. It was a high-density, tech-focused gathering that showcased Czech leadership in cybersecurity.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection Week

The two-day event was hosted by AXENTA, a Czech cybersecurity service company headquartered in Brno. It served as a platform to highlight the Czech Republic’s strategic focus on IT security. The sessions went beyond mere product and service demonstrations, and they drove deep into broader issues in the cybersecurity domain through thoughtfully curated discussions and presentations.

In a featured panel discussion, Mr. Hiroshi Sasaki of Fortinet Japan joined as a representative from the Japanese side. He and other participants, including representatives from various European governmental cybersecurity agencies, engaged in a wide-ranging dialogue on cyber threats and the protection of critical infrastructure from multiple global perspectives.

Our company delivered a presentation titled “Strategic Business​ Collaboration Initiative​ with Czech IT Solution Companies​​”. We shared our experience in building cooperative relationships with Czech companies, presented key joint business initiatives, and discussed future strategy in this area.

Promoting Czech–Japanese Collaboration

During our session, several Czech companies with which we collaborate participated in the discussion. Alongside AXENTA, presenters included Progress Software, the developer of Flowmon (for which we are the exclusive Japanese distributor), and MONET+, known for its secure authentication solution ProID. We were pleased to welcome many of our partners and clients to the event. During the Q&A segment, attendees asked a wide range of insightful questions, making for a very lively and engaging session.

We introduced our collaborations with seven Czech cybersecurity firms across eight solutions, and shared stories from our early engagement with Flowmon, detailing how these partnerships began and evolved. We also highlighted our broader efforts to support innovation ecosystems, such as our cooperation with JIC (South Moravian Innovation Center), an initiative aimed at nurturing Czech startups. This underlined the importance of building not just commercial relationships, but also cross-border innovation networks.

AXENTA is currently operating a Security Operations Center (SOC) in Brno to remotely monitor the network security of the Czech Pavilion throughout the Expo. This mirrors the Flowmon-based security monitoring service that our company provides in partnership with AXENTA, showcasing how Czech technology is supporting real-world security scenarios.

Progress Software presented upcoming Flowmon capabilities, including automatic incident prioritization and integration with other tools in their broader software portfolio. These enhancements are tailored to meet real-world security demands and are part of their active expansion in the Japanese market.

Meanwhile, MONET+ introduced several use cases for ProID, demonstrating how it enables secure system access and authentication workflows. Known for its smart card technologies, MONET+ is a rapidly growing company in Central Europe, gaining attention in the field of access management and identity security.

A New Kind of Global Event

As a global conference held within the Expo site, the event incorporated several new and forward-thinking approaches. While all sessions were conducted in English, the organizers opted not to use traditional live interpreters. Instead, AI-powered real-time translations were displayed on monitors, offering a compelling glimpse into the future of multilingual conferences.

Each pavilion at the Expo has been designed with its own national flair, and the Czech Pavilion is no exception. Inspired by Bohemian glasswork, the structure features an artistic glass theme and a unique spiral corridor that leads visitors to the rooftop. A round auditorium is located at the center of the building, which symbolizes Czech innovation and design excellence.

Although the Czech Republic is often associated with classical music and its charming historic towns, this event made it clear that the nation is positioning itself as a leader in IT and digital security as well.

Final Thoughts

According to pavilion staff, Prime Minister Ishiba selected the Czech Pavilion as his first stop among the many Expo venues. His signed message and photos from the visit, later posted to LinkedIn , became a popular topic among those involved in the event. On the pavilion’s ground floor, Czech beer was served, drawing long lines of visitors and leaving a lasting impression on attendees. 先月4/22および4/23、大阪万博チェコ共和国パビリオンにおいて、サイバーセキュリティーとデータ保護をテーマとするカンファレンスが開催されました。このカンファレンスではチェコ共和国サイバーセキュリティー情報省（National Cyber and Information Security Agency）をはじめ、チェコ第二の都市となるブルノ市の先端研究を担う各大学の教授陣の講演など、技術密度の濃いイベントとなりました。

サイバーセキュリティーとデータ保護ウィーク

チェコ・ブルノ市に本社を置くITセキュリティーサービス企業・AXENTA社が主催者となる今回のイベントは、チェコ共和国パビリオンにおいて２日間に渡り開催され、チェコ共和国が力を入れているITセキュリティーを前面にアピールするものとなっています。 単に製品・サービスソリューションの紹介にとどまらず、広くITセキュリティーの課題に触れる、興味深いセッションが組まれていました。

パネルディスカッションでは、フォーティネットジャパン佐々木弘志氏が日本側のパネリストとして参加され、チェコをはじめ他ヨーロッパ政府機関の当該分野関係者と、サイバーセキュリティーと重要インフラに関する多角的な視点の討論が行われていました。

弊社からも “チェコと日本とのサイバーセキュリティー分野での協業ビジネス” をテーマとしたセッションで講演を行い、これまで立ち上げてきた各社との協業ビジネス、および今後の戦略についてお話をさせていただきました。

チェコ/日本の協業をアピール

このチェコ・日本との協業ビジネスセッションでは、主催するAXENTA社の他、弊社が日本総代理店を務めるFlowmon製品の提供元となるProgress Software社、およびProIDを主力製品とするMONET+社が、弊社とともに講演を行いました。 このイベントでは多くの弊社パートナー様・お客様にご来館いただき、講演のQAでは様々ご質問を頂戴する場面もあり、活発なセッションとなりました。

弊社からは、現在７社８ソリューションに及ぶチェコITセキュリティー各社との協業についてご紹介し、Flowmonから始まった弊社のチェコIT企業とのかかわりについて、製品取り扱い当初のエピソードも含めお話をさせていただきました。また単に各企業とのビジネス上のかかわりという枠を超え、新興企業の育成をミッションとする JIC との連携など、企業間のみならずFlowmon製品の取り扱いから広がった個々のネットワークの重要性についても触れさせていただきました。

AXENTA社は、チェコ共和国ブルノ市に構える同社のSecurity Operation Centerにて、この万博期間中チェコ共和国パビリオンのネットワークセキュリティー監視を行っています。これは弊社がAXENTA社との協業にてご提供している、Flowmonを対象とした セキュリティーイベント監視サービス と、同様のリモート監視モデルとなります。

Progress Software社からは、最新のFlowmonで提供されるインシデントの自動プライオリティー付与など、よりお客様の求める実践的な機能のリリース予定はじめ、同社の他製品とのインテグレーションなど、日本国内でも広く展開する製品ポートフォリオと合わせた幅広いソリューションパターンが紹介されていました。

MONET+社は同社の主力ソリューションとなるProIDにより実現される認証関連のユースケースなどが説明され、同製品によるよりセキュアなシステムアクセスシナリオが紹介されました。同社は中央ヨーロッパではスマートカード関連のソリューションを広く展開し、アクセス管理分野で今後の成長が期待されるITソリューション企業となります。

万博での試み

今回のイベントは万博会場でのコンファレンスということで、様々新しい試みが実施されていました。イベント自身はすべて英語で行われていましたが、通訳者が日本語通訳を行う通常の運用ではなく、AIによる自動翻訳がモニターに表示される仕組みを取り入れ、今後のグローバルコンファレンスの形態を示すものと興味が惹かれました。

各パビリオンは様々なニュースメディアでも取り上げられているように、それぞれの国の得意とする工夫が凝らされています。チェコ共和国のパビリオンは、ボヘミアングラスで有名なチェコという背景から、ガラス細工をテーマとしてデザインがされています。螺旋形の外周廊下により屋上につながるユニークな構造も合わせ、建物の中央に円形の講堂を配するなど、その独自性を主張するメッセージを受け取ることができます。

一般にはクラッシック音楽や古いヨーロッパの町並みなどをイメージするチェコですが、今回の万博ではサイバーセキュリティーなどのIT分野への注力をアピールする重要な機会ととらえている様子でした。

パビリオン関係者の説明によると、数ある万博パビリオンの中で、石破首相がまず初めに訪問されたパビリオンがチェコ共和国パビリオンであるそうです。また首相の書かれたサインやLinkedinに投稿された 視察の様子 など、イベント関係者内でも多く話題に上げられています。同パビリオンの一階ではチェコビールもふるまわれ、多くの来場者が列を成す様子が印象的でした。万博会場へ来場される方は、是非チェコ共和国パビリオンにお立ち寄りください。
